Join Taboola as a User Data Product Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how data enhances client performance.

At Taboola, our user data products are designed to boost advertisers and publishers success by focusing on three core areas:

  1. **Identity & Tracking** – Understanding who the user is.
  2. **Audiences** – Leveraging insights about the user and their interests.
  3. **Privacy** – Ensuring compliance with regulations on user data.

As the bridge between technical teams and sales and marketing visionaries, you’ll ensure our audience-targeting products not only meet current market demands but also anticipate future trends. Your leadership will enhance our ability to offer personalized experiences our users love while delivering remarkable value to advertisers and preserving user privacy.

What will you do on a regular basis?

  • Own and drive Taboola audiences products line, differentiate our product offerings, and enhance user engagement.
  • Coordinate with engineers, UX designers, and data analysts to deliver seamless user experiences and advanced audience targeting capabilities (above and below the engine hood).
  • End-to-end responsibility of product development cycle – ideation, competitive analysis, clients validations, UX design, discovery with R&D, specs writing, launching, A/B testing and monitoring.
  • Identify growth and value add opportunities throughout the taboola product and tech stack related to identity.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Taboola for your domain and consult different stakeholders.
  • Embrace the mindset of “It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission” (Grace Hopper): Be proactive, commit to delivering impactful results, and push for continuous progress.
  • Present to the company executive management on a quarterly basis.

What are the skills a good Product Manager needs to have?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, including experience with B2B products
  • Experience in AdTech working with performance advertisers – advantage
  • Experience in working with UX B2B platform – advantage
  • Technical understanding of how things work in web development – advantage
  • Strong outbound capabilities – successfully working with global clients at senior levels
  • Verbal, sharp, making solid arguments. Experience with articulating the right messaging and narratives
