Key job responsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:* Plan, coordinate, and manage programs to achieve goals. Includes mitigating delivery risks, tracking progress, communicating and driving alignment among stakeholders and project teams, and delivering results. Includes developing BD launch plans, wikis, enablement material to support the launch of key features.* Ensure our business development teams meet the required launch timelines for activities, such as enablement and securing partner interest in the launches.* Provide input to and support the delivery of an overall APJ international expansion strategy by collaborating with regional peers, leaders, and relevant supporting business functions, such as Engineering, Operations, Tax, and Legal.* Research technical, operational, or financial details to understand the business, develop insights, and represent this perspective in discussions. Includes investigating key dependencies, business drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs).*Utilize mechanisms to ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date on launch and post-launch goals, plans, risks, and develop remediations where needed.* Collaborate with senior leaders along with peers in the region to provide input to their regional AWS Partner Org & AWS Marketplace Operating Plans and other strategic documents.• Identify areas of improvement and be an advocate for change where needed.A day in the life

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- A Bachelors degree or 8+ years equivalent work experience in a sales or business development environment
- 5+ years of experience in a technical business development/partnership capacity
- 3+ years of working with ISVs and Channel Partners on AWS Marketplace
- Proven track record of senior executive engagement both internally and externally with the ability to manage and resolve complex problems
- Ability to deal with a high-degree of ambiguity and operate autonomously in scenarios involving competing priorities
