Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience designing enterprise-level applications across multiple platforms.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process, creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (i.e. Android and iOS).
- Ability to work within a technical, complex environment.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features with a user-centered design process.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence product design strategy.
- Track record of designing and shipping successful platform experiences for enterprise users.
