Your Roles & Responsibilities From the first day in IBM, you will start a period of training sessions which include: consulting skills, business process overview in HR and many more areas. You will be able to specialise in one of the two tracks: HR Strategy and Consulting Specialisation |
You will gain experience in HR Transformation consulting including HR Process Design, Employee Experience Design, Skills Transformation, Digital Change Management etc. and be able to leverage on IBM thought leadership. You will take part in real consulting projects and work together with talented individuals who will help you to build your career as a Talent Transformation consultant.
HR Technology Specialisation You will gain experience in system configuration based on client’s needs, expose to the latest technologies such as AI and Chatbot and improve your presentation and analytical skills. You will take part in real consulting and HRIS implementation projects and work together with talented individuals who will help you to build your career as a Talent Transformation consultant. As an intern you will be able to get real job experience, as well as discover what you want to do in your future. You’ll be given access to an unrivalled amount of learning and certifications to add to your digital profile (just a few examples, ranging from design thinking, agile delivery, digital change etc). Moreover, you will have the advantage to be considered as potential hires for future Graduate Programs roles which will allow you to further grow with us. We expect from you:
