MainResponsibilities
- Assumes accountability for governance and maintaining good working relationships between Shared Services and supported partners.
- Maintains consistent communication on service levels, team results and all aspectsof administrativesupport with leadership
- Leads and coaches the team in all team accountabilities in the areas of Credit Protection including application onboarding and management, product administration and policy set up, fulfillment, investigations and escalations.
- Provides leadership and direction in terms of expectations, performance management, ongoing coaching and recognition.
- Consistently looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Demonstrates change leadership and maintains an open and transparent relationship with peers and direct reports.
- Takes ownership and exhibits leadership in rewarding and recognizing team members creating an excellent employee experience.
- Acts as the lead for projects and initiatives impacting the team.
- Ensure effective onboarding and training coordination for the team.
- Works with the team to ensure all oversight and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- You have effective negotiation skills.

- You have a thorough understanding of the coaching process and the techniques required to coach people.
- You demonstrate ownership and leadership skills.

- You have sound knowledge of Credit Protection Insurance Products & Term and Accident and Sickness products.
- Knowledge of TDI Administration systems (CPRM, Convenience, IRM, DRC, Omnilife) is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset.
