Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing strategy and vision to building platform for the future
- Manage discovery efforts to uncover solutions and integrate them into the roadmap
- Develop the new capabilities roadmap in concert with WMAS Leadership
- Create and Project Manage Strategic Plan
- Create granular project plan with clear milestones, key deliverables and success metrics
- Execute project plan across multiple teams; day to day project management of strategic plan
- Track the key success metrics across the transformation plan.
- Execute the Go-To-Market Plan for New Capabilities
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial services, preferably in wealth management or investments organizations
- 4+ years of experience in complex project management, transformation projects, technology applications, or equivalent expertise
- Ability to synthesize information to formulate a message for Senior Management
- Prior experience creating high quality presentations used for executive level management communication and transparency into program strategy and progress
- Understands broad-ranging information and new concepts quickly and able to distil into key points
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate to senior stakeholders
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills including ability to foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
