Key job responsibilities
• Understand products and services offered by Amazon Bazaar and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to sellers
• New seller acquisition across categories from assigned location, ensure entire selection is listed at best price and establish long-term partnerships
• Define and identify potential sellers and industry verticals.
• Need to do the completed QC of the New seller acquisition (Pricing & Catalog Check)
• Identify & analyze the client’s requirements & propose solutions for growth and building good relationship with Internal team and Third party. Training sellers on all services being offered
• Achieve seller launch, selection and seller acquisition targets
• Work closely with cross functional operations teams to streamline processes and assist sellers in becoming self-reliantInternal job descriptionBasic qualifications
• B.Com/BBA or equivalent degree required. Masters or MBA is a plus
• 2-5 years field experience in e-commerce industry in new sellers/brands acquisitionPreferred qualifications
• Prior field experience in working with top enterprise/high growth startups from assigned location
• Experience in large deal negotiations with a successful track record
• Ability to navigate across manufacturers and wholesalers by visiting key markets of assigned location and good market understanding • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Prior experience handling and acquiring fashion, home, kitchen, accessories category sellers
• Experience with e-commerce, social commerce or retail would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
