Junior HR Partner - Krakow
We have an amazing opportunity for a Master’s graduate searching for a promising career in Human Resources. You will be enrolling into the
Honeywell Future HR Leaders career program, which consists of 3 rotations across our HR organization in Europe, each being 12 months long.
In these roles, you will be given the opportunity to exp participating in different HR Projects.
You will be a key contributor to business success partnering with the business in embedding and driving Honeywell culture at the newly established site.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting HTS Leadership team in development and implementation of key Honeywell HR processes and strategies.
- Delivering a broad range of HR activities necessary to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to talent management, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Provision of active support in onboarding of new hires.
- Acting as coach and confidant to the local team members and their managers.
- Close co-operation with payroll and HR administration functions.

- Can do attitude, drive for continuous improvement, and empathy to people.
- Self-motivation and ability to work with little supervision, consistently taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Right to work across European Union countries.
