*Build GIS web applications and develop GIS-based analysis models and tools supporting data center development due diligence projects
*Design and implement geospatial database schemas and data processing pipelines *Work with external service providers to test prototypes, scale solutions to production, and implement data management and application integration to ensure platform compatibility and security
*Contribute to system architecture, design, implementation, and security reviews of GIS tools and integrations
*Partner with product and program managers to identify needs for new GIS tools and expand the location intelligence capabilities of the tooling platformDiverse Experiences

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, Engineering, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience working with production-level GIS systems in application development, data engineering, or system engineering roles

- • Non-internship professional experience with Python, SQL, and JavaScript
- • Experience with ArcGIS platform and tools, Experience Builder, developer SDKs
- • Experience with relational database systems and ArcGIS enterprise geodatabase
- • Experience designing and implementing geospatial solutions in a cloud environment
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- • Knowledge of real estate development site selection and due diligence processes
- • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, or a related field
