Your key responsibilities

• Heading and advising on business transactions, performing legal due diligences, resolving business disputes.
• Providing comprehensive assistance services in transactions, corporate and commercial law for the company's clients.
• Work together with an exceptional team of law experts in the field of merges & acquisitions, real estate, employment, tax, finance, etc.
• Provide legal and business advice to financial institutions, as well as identify legal and business requirements.
• Directly contribute to the implementation of regulatory requirements into the compliance frameworks and operational procedures of financial institutions, by delivering on-site projects in close cooperation with the clients’ first and second lines of defense.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Bachelor’s and master’s degree in law.
• At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Curiosity and keeping up with the law developments.
• Strong commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development in legal consulting services.
• Being responsible, punctual, polite, and accurate.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
