You will:

  • Build strong senior level relationships broadly (Workplace, IT, HR, Facilities, Security, Procurement) within customer organisations
  • Provide insight and thought leadership to solve business problems and create new opportunities for our customers
  • Focus on the Workforce Transformation needs of our customers and bringing to bear our expertise in our world-class Client device portfolio, Software, Security and Services
  • Provide insight and thought leadership to our customers with a focus on benefits and outcomes that solve their business problems and open up new opportunities for them
  • Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders within our business to align and drive the sales strategy and resources to facilitate the business outcome expectations of our customers
  • Work closely with a virtual team of Inside Sales, Services and Product Specialists to position and deliver the right solutions for our customers

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a sales capacity
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives at customer sites and at Dell Technologies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and ability to react and adapt while fostering partnerships with customers
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong financial and business Acumen
