Your key responsibilities
- Hire, mentor and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring continuous skill enhancement through training, coaching and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights that support business goals and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives, translate them into data analysis projects and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Apply predictive analytics, machine learning and statistical models to identify trends, patterns and business opportunities.
- Develop automated reporting solutions and streamline data workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Deliver high-impact presentations that translate complex data insights into clear business strategies for executive leadership.
- Contribute to long-term analytics roadmaps, resource planning and budgeting to align with business growth and innovation.
- Lead high-impact data initiatives, such as AI-driven analytics, big data projects, and process automation, to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing data analytics teams and enterprise-level reporting solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s in Statistics/Mathematics.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and other data analytics and statistical tools.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Looker.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and drive measurable impact.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
