Job Title: Enterprise (Senior) Account Manager
Role requires an experienced technology business & sales professional with a minimum of 10 years Enterprise sales experience. The position reports to the Director, ASEAN Enterprise.
Responsibility:
- Develop strategic go-to-market models aim at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive healthy revenues, customer growth, customer satisfaction & customer retention. Pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats
- Cultivate relationship at multiple levels within customer accounts, manage partner relationships and account planning with an extended team.
- Candidates will be aggressive, self-starters with the ability to articulate Juniper’s solutions and business strategies, create the demand and meet assigned sales objectives.
- Handle prospecting, replacing incumbents and managing customer install base.
- Responsible for negotiating solutions on business issues with cross-functional teams, partners and customers using a win/win philosophy
- Reliable forecasting with proper pipeline management
Requirement/Qualification:
- More than 10 years enterprise sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets & objectives.
- Experience in selling solutions to leading Government and Enterprise in Indonesia
- Prior networking sales experience in Government & Enterprise will be beneficial in this role.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good presence with excellent written and oral communication skills. English skills in conversation & written preferred
- Self-motivated, result oriented and high integrity
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
