Field Service Engineer II

Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Support, software configuration, and delivery of Migration Projects
  • Perform On Process Migration of EPKS servers & C300 controllers
  • Maintain Virtual infrastructure- Honeywell Control System
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell EPKS/TDC DCS equipment
  • Maintain FTE network & windows domain
  • Maintain ELCN/EHPM / EUCN network
  • Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems (OPC)
  • Perform preventive maintenance of controls systems
  • Program and troubleshoot existing code like CL, Control builder etc.
  • Provide power on support of new and existing installations including grounding checks and proper application

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 3-5 years Honeywell DCS Experience preferably within the Service organization or
  • 5+ years professional experience Honeywell DCS, Controls, PC/Networking and Field Process field.

  • Knowledge on TDC-3000, TPS, Virtualization, EHPM, ESTVT, EST and FDM system
  • Honeywell EPKS/OPM/ TPS Certification L3 or above
  • Windows domain, Networking and Cyber Security Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player, Results Driven, Proven skills in problem solving
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
