Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in an investigative environment, including financial planning and analysis, business analytics, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving impact.
Ability to put structure to ambiguous problems and drive insights.
Excellent business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity and engage with an executive management team.
Excellent advanced problem-solving and technical (e.g., Financial Modeling, SQL, Python, R, Data visualization) skills working with large volumes of complex data.
