Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in partner management, business development, strategy development, or alliances within the technology industry, with a focus on GSIs.
Experience building and managing GSI partnerships.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to facilitate interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to travel 50% of the time within Latin America as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in driving the creation and development of COEs within partner organizations.
Understanding of the GSI landscape in Latin America, including key players, organizational structures, and market dynamics.
Ability to work in matrixed organizations with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to facilitate interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
