Your Impact

As ayou will play a hybrid role focusing on

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate, timely, and predictable sales commission for Germany-based Cisco sellers.

• Manage end-to-end approval, implementation, and reporting requirements related to sales compensation with the German Works Council.

• Ensure local legal compliance by collaborating with theWorks Councilto develop, update and implement any necessary compensation policy changes.

• Conduct regular interlock with the
Works Council, including negotiations on salary structure and alignment with legal teams, and acting as point of contact in court cases related to sales compensation.

• Support in-program changes, local nuances, and drive resolution for employee escalations related to sales compensation.

• Partner with business leaders and the People & Communities ecosystem to execute Country People & Culture plans.

• Support the delivery of cross-functional people projects such as restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • German speaker
  • Compensation or Sales Compensation experience.
  • In-depth country knowledge and local HR expertise in Germany
  • Proven experience as a trusted HR consultant, advisor, and coach with local Works Council experience.
  • Strong business acumen and effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with strategic agility and the ability to work dynamically and collaboratively.
