Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience


Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily P&L production and reporting for desks within the Investment Banking loan segments.
  • Loan underwriting deal review, FAS91 calculation, journal entry instructions to Ops, journal entry posting responsibility, and validation of ledger balances.
  • Maintaining awareness of accounting and regulatory changes affecting P&L reporting
  • Coordination of Global P&L daily reporting.
  • Track and reconcile of Receivables and Payables in the context of IB fee life cycle.
  • Participate on business specific projects and research.
  • Assist in periodic balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation reviews.
  • Close and regular interaction with the above- mentioned stakeholder to resolve booking and control issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting and Investment Banking
  • General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial products
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Advanced English level

Education:

  • Bachelor’s University Degree finished preferably in Accounting or Finance.
