In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large organization, Data Centre Operations Managers and their teams who own data center infrastructure including the operational availability of network and server systems at scale.The ideal candidate for this role will understand data center IT infrastructure and Amazon Web Services and understand how the two coexist. If this understanding is contextual you will be served well by your experience.

- Experience in successful in-sourcing and/or outsourcing specific task balancing internal skill-sets with frugality.

- Several years management experience in an operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
- Several years experience implementing LEAN/Six Sigma methodology (continuous improvement, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis, etc)
- Sevral years of experience in working with network cabling, optic types, and test equipment, and experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies within a data center-based environment.
- Experience of managing large-scale distributed systems,

- Safety, security, and availability incident response, incident management, and incident resolution..
- LEAN Certification/Belts
- PMP/PMI certification
- Several years experience managing geographically dispersed teams in with mission critical environments
