The purpose is the protection of the interests of fund investors and pension fund participants.
On your typical day you will be mostly responsible for:
• Partnering with business units to assess & streamline processes in order to mitigate risk.
• Assessing risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
• Accomplishing department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department’s activities.
• Preparing Monthly Decks and hosting meetings with Clients&Funds Oversight.
• Ensuring KPIs are properly controlled and in line with the firm’s policy.
• Motivating and coaching employees to reach the company’s and personal objectives.
• Creating a culture of feedback, constantdevelopment&growth
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance sector (experience in Investment Funds or Securities Services will be advantageous)
• People management experience (2-3 year)
•Bachelor’s/Universitydegree
• Flexible & maintain professional demeanor at all times
• Managing Client Relations - not fully necessary but would be advantageous.
• Fluent English speaker (C1 or higher level desired)
