- Set direction and roadmap for interpersonal tools.- Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas for redefining support solutions.- Rapidly learn and understand core systems to effectively define requirements.- Use data and analytical skills to identify problems and advise decision-making.- Drive product vision and progress reviews with senior executive partners.- Continuously seek opportunities to improve how programs are run and implemented.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of handling and delivering software projects
  • Experience with large-scale web services and the challenges associated with scaling-up a service
  • Positive relationship and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to deliver succinct and accurate executive summaries of complicated situations, driving what matters most to customers
  • Able to be very detailed while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • You thrive working independently and as part of a team
  • You’re highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Education & Experience
B.S. in science, engineering, or equivalent experience requiredMBA preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
