Channel Program ISR
You’ll work closely with Channel Managers and the marketing teams to help drive program adoption, partner performance, and regional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and ongoing development of Fortinet’s Channel Business Development Program across EMEA
- Drive engagement to increase the number of Partners Specialized, with a focus on SASE, SecOps, and OT
- Promote technical enablement tools and resources to grow partner expertise and certification levels
- Assist in managing campaign outcomes with marketing and channel marketing teams, and deliver regional outcome reports
- Maintain accurate partner and program data within Salesforce
- Manage partner onboarding, program readiness, and certification tracking
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or partner-facing roles, ideally within cybersecurity or IT
- Familiarity with the partner ecosystem and program frameworks in EMEA
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics to support business decision-making
- Comfortable managing and analyzing data within CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Fluency in English is essential; additional EMEA languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic are a strong advantage
