Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience.

Role responsibilities include:

Validate new commission claims submitted by Sales Reps and coordinate with Sales team on the approval process. Accurately calculate and process commission for Sales Reps on a monthly basis. Organize calls with Sales Reps to review generated monthly payment and resolve any discrepancies and enquiries. Calculate and Validate OEM rebate claims submitted by Sales and ensure they are in accordance with the approved quotes or pricing agreements. Ensure that all processes and policies are compliant with Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements. Ability to multi-task across multiple stakeholders and deliver accurate results within deadlines. Besides the main tasks and responsibilities listed above, responsible for completing any other tasks assigned by her/his supervisor or manager.

  • Ability to learn/understand standards & processes quickly and adhere to them accurately.

  • Strong MS Excel skills, Data analytical skills

  • Detail-oriented, ability to process information

  • Strong communication

  • Flexible approach with a strong team spirit

  • Self-motivated, team player, able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities and take the initiative on solving issues as they arise

  • 4+ years of experience in business/sales operations
