Minimum 10-12 years of experience with 6-7 Years of experience into ServiceNow Pre-sales, solutioning & implementations.
Should have Pre-sales experience responding to medium to large RFP/RFIs.
Presales Experience of more than ITSM Capability (IT workflow); ITMB, ITAM, SecOps, ITOM, IRM. Experience of ServiceNow customer workflows and ServiceNow employee workflow
Understanding of business requirements and designing solutions on ServiceNow platform, pricing, and bidding for the same to global clients.
Must be aware of alternative tools and capable of proposing right tools for end-to-end solutions.
Creating Proposal, RFP Responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Experienced with project problem diagnosis, Solution development, Client communication, facilitation of decision making, Documentation and managing client and stake holders.
Good understanding of ServiceNow application architecture.
ServiceNow Presales and Module Trained / Certified Architect.
