Your Role and Responsibilities- Support the marketing team in the creation of materials for print, web, video, and events
- Incorporate current design trends and best practices
- Keep clean files, proper naming conventions, and project structures
- Take direction and criticism in stride without being afraid to defend design choices to other creatives
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Work to understand our demographic and improve how our design can effectively communicate to them
- Experience in design for a Corporate B2B Marketing audience.
- Proficiency with industry standard software, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
- Online design portfolio that showcases a clear understanding of design theory and production, provided link on resume.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively, finding ways to increase speed through batch work or other means while delivering high quality outputs.
- Effective communicator with an urgency to proactively communicate prior to issues on quality or timeliness.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
