As our next, you’ll be at the forefront of assembling and inspecting products using CNC machines and standardized work instructions. Your expertise inwill be key to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel and maintain positive working relationships
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education in a related technical field is an asset
• Understanding of GD&T and production traceability procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual handling skills
• Experience reading and interpreting process sheets and production sheets
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Basic math skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Previous CNC machining or production line experience
• Exposure to SPS, 5S, or other continuous improvement frameworks
• Familiarity with quality systems and inspection protocols
