Key job responsibilities
- Own the multi-year execution of the roadmap and investment plan for commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions, including integrations with other first-party and third-party tools, system governance, security and data enrichment, and technology infrastructure- Partner with Product to conduct discovery and market research to evaluate new COTS products- Implement agile development processes, DevOps practices, and robust testing to deliver high-quality, scalable software products- About 10% travel required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, CMS) with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/people manager role
- Experience with integrating first-party and third-party platforms via API
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade technology solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- One or more Salesforce certifications
- MBA
- Experience with software engineering
- Experience with APEX or similar object-oriented programing language
