Qualification

Designing structural systems for mixed-use buildings and industrial warehouses, ensuring they meet safety, stability, and functionality requirements.
Conducting structural analysis to assess the strength and stability of materials and designs, considering various loads and usage scenarios.
Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations tailored to mixed-use developments, including considerations for vertical and horizontal loads.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure structural designs align with overall project goals and regulatory requirements.
Performing site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals from contractors, ensuring compliance with structural design intent.
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for structural challenges specific to mixed-use and industrial environments.
Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to mixed-use developments and industrial warehousing.
Preparing reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies, focusing on structural integrity and compliance.
Implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
Prepare detailed architectural and structural designs while ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g. ASHRAE, ISO).
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory codes, standards, and certifications, including green building certifications (e.g., LEED, IGBC).

10-12 years of experience in design and engineering for building structures, RCC, PEB buildings, etc.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end design for large-scale mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing
