Key Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in Virtual Prototypes, i’e IP modeling using SystemC or other languages, Platform integration and verification
- BS or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, or computer science with minimum experience of 3 years in virtual platform development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and proficiency with Python
- Good understanding of CPU /subsystems, SOC architecture and knowledge of hardware-software interface.
- Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple functional teams.
- Added advantage: Understanding of 3GPP standards and wireless communication.
Description
As a member of the simulation team you will be involved in the Virtual Prototype development for SoC for the purpose of cellular software development. You will closely work with system engineering, SOC and SW teams. Job also includes integration of cycle accurate CPU subsystems for profiling activities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500.00 and $243,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
