- 5+ years experience working in professional production
- Extensive experience building characters, creatures, animals across a wide range of styles
- Deep understanding of runtime performance and how to scale content for different platforms.
- Strong understanding character optimization for motion and real-time performance as well as look development across a wide range of styles.
- BS degree or equivalent required.
- Having worked through an entire AAA production cycle.
- Thorough knowledge of pipelines and processes used in real-time art development.
- Strong understanding of real time rendering.
- Able to communicate precisely and collaborate well cross-functionally.
- Self-starter and driver, excellent communicator and team-player.
- Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and organize work to lead direction and meet objectives.
