What’ll get your foot in the door:

• 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst(™). Equivalent work experience will be considered
• Demonstrable experience with application of user-centered design methodology (especially user-centered analysis, information architecture, task-flow design, usability testing)
• Demonstrable experience with application of established design principles in your work

Other skills and experiences you will bring:

• Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
• Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
