- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in employee relations/investigations, gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
Preferred qualifications:
- JD with employment law focus, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations and performance issues.
- Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization.
- Experience conducting the full life-cycle of workplace concerns or investigations.
- Ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate challenging conversations/situations and to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Excellent investigation, interview techniques, communication, problem-solving, and writing skills.
