You’ll research companies, identify key stakeholders, and craft targeted outreach strategies that open doors and create genuine sales opportunities. From day one, you’ll be supported by mentors, training, and a tam that wants to see you succeed.
How will you make an impact?
- Generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting in your assigned territory (EMEA).
- Reaching out to key decision-makers, sparking interest in NICE’s product suite, and booking discovery calls with AEs.
- Nurturing early-stage prospects to keep the pipeline warm and ready for future engagement.
- Logging your activities, insights, and lead interactions accurately in our CRM tools.
- Hitting or exceeding your monthly goals for discovery calls and qualified opportunities.
- Gaining and maintaining strong product knowledge across NICE’s solutions.
- Collaborating closely with regional sales teams to align on account strategies.
- Participating in training and development to continually sharpen your skills.
Have you got what it takes?
- Confident communication, especially when speaking to senior-level decision-makers.
- Natural curiosity and strong questioning skills to uncover real needs.
- Self-motivated with good time management and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Driven by results, hungry to grow, and excited to be part of a winning team.
