Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- 4 years of audit experience in operational accounting including documentation, and control testing in a public accounting or multinational company setting.
- Experience in GAAP accounting principles related to incentives or commissions accounting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with general incentive commission workflows (Internal Sales or Partner) from contracting to payout.
- Experience in SQL or Python.
- Knowledge of establishing reliable steady-state manual processes and transforming into scalable automated workflows.
- Excellent accounting skills, including a solid understanding of accounting principles, including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (ASC 710 and ASC 340-40).
- Excellent investigative skills and experience with commission systems (Callidus, Xactly) and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle).
