The Account manager position is a back-office position with the Escrow and Paying Agent group. We work with M&A clients to collect documentation and payment instructions that securityholders are required to complete to receive their merger consideration. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the PNC Paid platform and become a subject-matter expert in the database’s capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the database is setup correctly for each unique M&A deal – this entails working with Excel spreadsheets containing security holder data; ensuring that data is properly loaded the PNC Paid database; ensuring the correct data points will populate the pertinent documents; communicating precise instructions to internal teams.Desired skills/attributes:

Job Description
  • Responsible for redlining deal documents and communicating changes with internal partners.
  • Responsible for communicating data mapping details for deal documents and Operations team.
  • Responsible for tracking document changes and version control.
  • Works with client, Relationship Managers, and Operations team to ensure records are loaded correctly to the Paid database.
  • Works with Excel spreadsheets to determine funding and payments at the deal level; coordinates with Operations Team to ensure correct payment amounts are loaded in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for set up of deal mechanics with the PNC Paid portal and quality control.
