As a member of the Apple Pay server engineering team, you will build products that are used millions of users around the world. You will:- Architect, design and implement highly available and scalable systems- Analyze requirements, identify gaps and translate them into a technical design.- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams like Client Engineering, Radios/NFC, Security & Compliance, External Partners etc).- Write high quality, testable and performant code.
- We are looking for solid software development skills in one or more general purpose languages such as Java, Kotlin or others.
- Experience with object oriented analysis and design
- Experience with client server development and API design.
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL Databases.
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent field
- MS degree plus 4-5 years of software development experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in building large-scale highly available distributed systems.
