You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated location in St John’s Newfoundland.. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and functionality of our building automation systems, contributing to the overall comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of our customers' facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Install, service, maintain, and repair building automation systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide training and support to customers on system operation
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities

YOU MUST HAVE • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 3 years of experience in field service or a related technical role
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building automation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s License
