The primary responsibilities of the contractor will include:
- Conducting audits of our benefit and payroll records to identify discrepancies and errors.
- Implementing corrective measures to rectify inaccuracies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting with day-to-day tactical tasks related to benefit administration, payroll processing, and employee inquiries.
- Managing the communications between employees and HR team.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proficiency in auditing procedures and error resolution techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- ADP Vantage experience highly preferred.
- Oracle and MS Excel experience preferred.
- This will be a 1099 contract position - no benefits are available to a person accepting this position.
