Key Responsibilities include:

  • Intercompany Netting:
    • Review intercompany invoices from various business units, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Match intercompany invoices on both the AP and AR sides to ensure consistency and detect discrepancies.
    • Detect the missing document and provide the receiving country with them.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with our participating countries local member firm in order to understand the discrepancies and have them corrected.
    • Ensuring a follow up on the correction requested, and disputed invoices.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare weekly reports shared with all participating countries to inform them about the actual situation of each of their invoices in the other countries.
    • Calculate once a month the different payment flow based on all open and correct positions between two countries.
    • Make sure that all countries are processing their payment following our payment report.
    • Provide to our participating countries the support required to apply their received payments.
  • Compliance and Audit Support:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
    • Assist in internal and external audit processes as they pertain to intercompany transactions.
  • Additional responsibilities
    • Provide insights and visibility on the Performance of the Member Firms
    • Maintain a log to track issues and discrepancies
    • Demonstrate subject matter expertise for GDS analysts

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 36+ months of experience in Financial accounting transactions
  • Experience with ERP systems, as well as general accounting software’s and preferably SAP
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong focus on team effort.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
