- Calendar management, organizing meetings across multiple time zones - in person and virtually- Book and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic and international, and process expense reports as needed- Support day-to-day needs, including escorting people in and out of secured areas for meetings, providing lunches, printing documents, and other tasks to make the day run smoothly- Partner with hiring managers on new hire setup, including ordering equipment, and securing workspace- Serve as an IT contact for the team, tech savviness is a big plus to support the overall team with ad hoc and daily requests- Provide catering support
- 7+ years of experience supporting executives and large teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, with an acute attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Proven problem-solving abilities, while being able to anticipate change and act efficiently
- Confident, able to communicate effectively with senior team members and their assistants across Apple
- High level of integrity, able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times; a positive and approachable personality, though diplomatic when saying no
- Able to graciously accept last-minute requests and jump into projects (even outside your immediate team) as needed
- Bachelor's degree, AA or equivalent experience
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $42.64 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
