Essential Responsibilities:

- Drive global process improvements within the organization.
- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
- Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
- Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
- Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Expected Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
1. Strategy
- Co-lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles for MEA, partnering with regional and functional leaders.
- Support development of MEA’s long-term growth agenda and strategic initiatives.
- Drivecross-functional strategicprograms and pilots, ensuring alignment with PayPal’s regional OKRs and financial targets.
- Partner with Product, Market Development, and Finance on market and competitive analyses to inform strategy.
- Prepare strategic materials and recommendations for regional leadership and executive reviews.
2. Business Planning & Performance Management
- Lead the annual and quarterly business planning processes, ensuring clear alignment between strategy, resourcing, and outcomes.
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and headcount plans, maintaining strong OPEX discipline.
- Build and evolve data and performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs (TPV, revenue, margin, budget).
- Run the operating rhythm for MEA — QBRs, MBRs, and WBRs — ensuring disciplined reporting and accountability.
- Deliver executive presentations, leadership reports, and Board preparation materials with exceptional quality and accuracy.
3. Program Management & Execution Enablement
- Oversee cross-functionalexecution of regional initiatives, maintaining centralized tracking of dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead changemanagement effortsto drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models.
