As a Financial Analysis Associate in the Consumer Banking Scorecard team, you will provide reliable support to teammates within the CB Scorecard organization, as well as to colleagues across Consumer Banking Field Finance. Responsibilities would not only include ad hoc analysis across a range of topics (e.g., balance growth, customer experience, banker production, client outreach, staffing), but also assisting in the creation of presentation materials for senior leaders within Consumer Banking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support of Consumer Banking Scorecard through reporting, analysis, pro forma exercises, and “deep dives,” with the focus to understand and optimize results
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc analysis to support financial and strategic goals
• Develop a deep knowledge of the Consumer Banking Scorecards to become a subject matter expert on key focus areas
• Participate in and support of ad-hoc special projects and requests, as needed
• Participate in the monthly and annual baseline releases of the Consumer Banking Scorecards, which includes collaboration with technology/development groups and working with various partners to validate results and resolve issues

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature
• 2+ years of work experience in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
• Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management
• Proven track record for executing on special projects / assignments
• Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and Scorecard Teams
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to manage multiple (and changing) concurrent project deliverables
