As a Principal Business Development Manager you will influence and build relationships with top automotive manufacturers to drive revenue and increase our reach to customers in vehicles. You have a proven track record of engaging with senior leadership, engineering, commercial and procurement teams at automotive manufacturers, hunting, owning and executing automotive software deals. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence and manage a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple teams, internally and externally.Key job responsibilities- Build relationships and interface with all levels of automotive manufacturers, dealing with senior executives, commercial managers, and technical managers.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing successful large-scale and complex partnerships.
- Experience with consumer electronics, automotive, Smart Home, and/or IoT and other connected devices.
- Solid experience working cross functionally with technical products and teams, understanding technical details.
- Strong analytical orientation; comfortable using data to make decisions.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with and influence executives, and both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience driving multiple tasks in highly ambiguous environments and decision processes.
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
