- University degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement (Reference will be required)
- To demonstrate a track record of defining and delivering Procurement strategies in the area of Talent services such as, but not limited to, External Workforce, permanent recruiting, candidate assessment, background screening, contingent workforce or consultancy
- Substantial experience of working in global and complex matrix organization and liaising with different cultures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent business English- 1차 서류 심사
