REPORTING AND ANALYSIS- Provide and lead financial analysis on Capex spending by projects/spend types etc. Formulate recommendation to support growth expansion
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of financial experience
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a lot of ambiguity
- Process focused, with ability to lean new processes and drive improvement
- Very hands-on and possess strong knowledge of analysis skills and controlling
- Demonstrated ability to capture and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level, strong excel skills. SAP experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with various business operations across functions and cultures
- Strong command and current knowledge on China local regulation; project management experience is a plus
- US/European multi-national experience is a plus
- Domestic travel is required (+30%), some international travel may be required
- CPA or master is a plus
