Transportation Management Specialist

You are responsible for

• Evaluating team performance, setting targets and providing constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by mentoring and coaching team members and have a clear succession planning for critical team roles
• Fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement among team members and providing detailed performance reports to upper management, such as Pride PS
• Setting-up and driving T1 daily management and representing the team in T2 daily management and S&OE meetings
• Set-up and drive T1 daily management and represent the team in T2 daily management and S&OE meetings
• Acting as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships, such as Market, Business, Factory, Warehouse
• Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Markets and key stakeholders to align on strategy and priorities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree with relevant work experience
• Previous experience in Order Management or Transportation area
• Knowledge of logistics / supply chain
• Very good level of English - min. B2 level
• Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
