What you'll do
As a Senior UX Designer you will be part of our multi-disciplinary design team that includes other user experience designers, user researchers, content designers and user assistance.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Create user journeys and design prototypes for holistic and harmonized experiences across product components
- Create interaction design and visual design for new features
- Drive user research and usability testing sessions with customers to better understand user needs and validate design direction
- Work closely with our developers, product managers, and user assistance writers along the full product development process from early planning phase to final feature delivery
- Elaborate and design new feature requirements and work closely with product management to shape the future product direction
- Work in a global design team of user experience designers and user assistance writers across different locations
- Mentor and collaborate with junior designers
What you bring
You bring extensive experience in UX/UI design, you possess a robust portfolio demonstrating your proficiency in creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces. Your deep understanding of design principles allows you to translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user comprehension and interaction. Strong leadership skills enable you to mentor and inspire junior designers, driving excellence in UX design within the team and organization. You excel in collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, translating them into innovative and effective UX solutions. Your attention to detail ensures that every interaction aligns with usability standards and enhances the overall user experience.
- 5+ years of experience in design, with a strong focus in product design for enterprise software solutions
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Experience designing for a variety of user experiences including first-use or guided tours, demonstrating versatility and adaptability
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma)
- A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of design and elevate experiences to a new level
