Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform As a Sr. Production PlanCoordinator here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role incoordinating and managing the production planning activities for our Repair andOverhaul (R&O) operations. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing production plans, ensuring on-time delivery of products, andoptimizing inventory levels. Your expertise in production planning andcoordination will contribute to the success and efficiency of our R&O operations. You will report directly to our Sr, Material Manager and you'll work out of ourPhoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our R&Ooperations by ensuring accurate and timely production planning. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with customerrequirements and optimize inventory levels. Your contributions will directlyimpact our ability to meet customer demands, improve operational efficiency,and drive business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate production schedule and plan for team metric
- Attend Tier Meetings andinternal meetings to drive schedule on time
- Update ERP system daily toreflect accurate production orders and material shortages
- Identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work areaindependently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet companyrequirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
- Engagein the execution, coordination and follow up with cross-functional teams toensure alignment of production plans with customer requirements
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement andimplement corrective actions
- Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize costs
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials andcomponents
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planningprocesses, capacity requirement and labor load requirements

YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or related roles
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using production planning software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
