As the, you will provide financial insights and strategic guidance to drive business performance, ensure compliance, and enhance sustainable competitiveness across the region. You will lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A functions. In this critical leadership role, you’ll collaborate closely with global finance teams while supporting regional leaders in making informed, impactful decisions.


Strategic Leadership:

  • Partner with regional leadership to shape business strategy and long-term financial planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on financial opportunities, risks, and strategic initiatives.

Financial Management:

  • Lead all planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity for decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow, tax, and treasury operations while maintaining compliance with local and global standards.

Performance Insights:

  • Provide forward-looking financial analyses, predictive models, and actionable insights to drive business growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, SOX compliance, and local legislation.
  • Maintain accurate balance sheets, P&L, and statutory reporting.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive process simplification and optimization across financial operations in the region.

Collaboration & Influence:

  • Act as an integral member of both the regional leadership team and the global finance network.
  • Share best practices and contribute to elevating global finance standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in finance within global, commercial, or manufacturing organizations.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX compliance.

  • Strong analytical, modeling, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
