In this supply chain team you willmanage orders and offers for Health System products on French market
Your role:
Cooperating with other departments (Field Service Engineers, Order Managers) related to sales processes
Providing support, preparing offers, order cleaning and booking with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the team
Pro-active collaboration with the team and stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing
Monitoring and making changes to all requests
Working closely with French markets
Backup structure - ownership on French market and backup on other markets within Philips Lifecycle Solutions
You're the right fit if:
Fluent French (C1) and English (B2)
Professional experience in fields related to customer service or supply chain would be an asset
Be detailed minded, flexible and proactive
Communicative skills, well organized, open-minded, proactive personality
